Proposal
For
our corporate video we are making an advert and a poster for an Estate Agents
company called Northwood Estate Agents. The video will contain multiple shots
of a man in a suit showing people around a house. This will help promote what
the company does. And show their professionalism.
Their
will be no diegetic sound in the video as calm music will be put in and voice
over selling the company will be added in. The voice over is the most important
part of the video as it will fully explain what the company does and help sell
it to its audience.
We
will use Reggie's house to film, this is located in Rochford, Essex, we feel
the house suits perfectly for filming and is easy access for filming. Our two
actors will consist of Shaun as an Estate Agent around the property. And Reggie
will play a casual member of public that the Estate Agent is showing around the
house.
The
advert appeals to both Landlords and Tenants so the company can increase its
business in gaining properties and getting them rented out as well. The advert
will aim towards renting rather then selling as this is a key part in the
business at the moment.
The
advert will last no longer then 1 minute so it can get it's point across
quickly and thoroughly. So the audience grasps all the important parts of the
business.
Synopsis
To
begin the camera will show a normal street, the camera will pan to the right
seeing an Estate Agent played by Shaun at the front door of a house about to
enter the house. The camera fades out to a hallway of the house they have
entered, the camera pans and tracks again to the right where the Estate Agent
takes the viewer into a lounge room. Again the camera swipes and fades out. To
a shot of the upstairs of the house where the camera starts at one part of the
hall way and pans across the upstairs to find the Estate Agent taking the
viewer around the house. The camera fades out once more to a video of the front
of the NorthwoodUK shop and then advert ends. Throughout the entire trailer
there is a voiceover explaining how the company works and what they can provide
to tenants and Landlords.
